EMPOW-HER HOUR Women’s Class
Our Women's Class at Nomad Fitness Company is a welcoming space for women of all ages and fitness levels. This class is designed to empower you through a holistic approach to strength training, emphasizing compound functional movements, balance, and core strength development.
In our Women's Class, you have the freedom to progress at your own pace. Each exercise offers the flexibility to tailor it to your current fitness level, but also opportunities to challenge yourself when you're ready for more. Our experienced coach, Brittany, is not only a seasoned athlete with 17 years of softball experience, including collegiate play, but she also holds a master's degree in Biology. Her expertise extends to fitness, with a specialization in pre and postnatal fitness, ensuring that you receive safe and effective guidance.
